Welcome.

 

My name is Sean, and I talk with people every day. Topics range, but we often end up talking about what it is that makes us feel lost or incomplete.

​

My licenses are held in both mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy, though my deeper background is in music. And that summarizes how I understand humans best. I see unmet needs and longing for connection with others often at the heart of what makes life most difficult - and through a lens that is hopefully a bit musical.

We are built to deal with pain, not with suffering. If you feel as though something is missing, or if you are experiencing something you may not even be able to describe, I very much hope to meet you.

Psychotherapist to individuals, couples and families. Psychometrist. Methodology includes Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, as well as other system-focused and cognitive behavioral approaches. Background in music and creative media.
